The following email-related activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or unsolicited commercial email
- Sending email to recipients who have not explicitly opted in
- Using false or misleading header information
- Harvesting email addresses or other contact information
- Operating open mail relays or proxy servers
- Sending emails that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws
- Phishing or fraudulent email activities
3. Prohibited Activities - Web Content
The following web content and activities are prohibited:
- Hosting or distributing illegal content
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
- Adult content without appropriate warnings and age verification
- Gambling websites without proper licensing
- Phishing or fraudulent websites
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful code distribution
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
4. System and Network Abuse
The following activities are prohibited as they may harm our infrastructure or other users:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
- Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or security probing
- Overloading system resources (CPU, RAM, disk I/O, network)
- Running resource-intensive processes without authorization
- Operating IRC servers, bots, or daemons
- Running cryptocurrency mining operations
- Torrent trackers or P2P file sharing services
- Proxy servers, VPN endpoints, or anonymization services
5. Security Violations
Any activities that compromise security are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access attempts to other systems or accounts
- Intercepting or attempting to intercept network traffic
- Circumventing authentication or security mechanisms
- Introducing viruses, worms, trojans, or other malware
- Using services to breach security of other systems
- Violating laws related to computer fraud and abuse
6. Harassment and Abuse
Prohibited activities include:
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others
- Defamation or libel
- Invasion of privacy
- Stalking or cyberbullying
- Impersonation or identity theft
- Collecting personal information without consent
7. Legal Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Intellectual property laws
- Export control regulations
- Anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.)
- Financial services regulations
- Consumer protection laws
8. Resource Usage
Fair usage policies apply to all services:
- Shared hosting plans have CPU and memory limits
- You must not exceed allocated resource quotas
- Long-running processes must be optimized
- Excessive I/O operations are restricted
- Bandwidth usage must comply with plan limits
- Database queries should be optimized
For dedicated resources, ensure usage aligns with plan specifications.
9. Enforcement and Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of account without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement agencies
- Civil or criminal legal action
- Charges for damages and investigation costs
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
