4. System and Network Abuse

8. Resource Usage

• Shared hosting plans have CPU and memory limits

• Bandwidth usage must comply with plan limits
• Database queries should be optimized

For dedicated resources, ensure usage aligns with plan specifications.

9. Enforcement and Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Termination of account without refund
• Reporting to law enforcement agencies
• Civil or criminal legal action
• Charges for damages and investigation costs

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
