6. Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we provide backup services, we cannot guarantee data recovery in all circumstances.

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Access to services will be terminated

• Refunds are not provided for unused time after termination

8. Limitation of Liability

NovaHost Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website with at least 30 days notice.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
